Administration - Principal Char Wilson-Amos
Welcome to Claudine Brown Elementary School, home of the Cougars! 🐾
We proudly serve students in Prekindergarten through Second Grade, building the academic and social foundation that will support them for years to come.
I am honored to serve as the principal of Claudine Brown Elementary and to work alongside a dedicated staff who truly believes in our children. With over 27 years in education, I know that the early years matter—and at Claudine Brown, we are intentional about creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where every child is known, valued, and supported.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide a high-quality learning experience so all students can achieve their potential. We place a strong emphasis on literacy, nurturing a love for reading and learning while helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Above all, we believe all children have the ability to learn and do their best in all things.
We also know that student success is strongest when schools, families, and communities work together. We welcome parent involvement and value our partnerships as we prepare our students for lifelong learning.
At Claudine Brown Elementary, we are Expecting Excellence Everyday, and we wear our Cougar pride proudly—because you can’t hide it!
Thank you for being a part of our school family and for trusting us with what matters most—your children.
